Invoice Inbox Agent
From the email inbox to the bank transfer. The agent sorts incoming mail, reads each invoice, checks it against 18 rules and hands it to a person for approval.

AI automations and web apps, designed around the people who use them.
For twelve years I have designed and developed websites and interfaces for science platforms, ski resorts, architects and software teams. Now I build AI automations and web apps that take repetitive work off people's desks. Designed first, built with Claude, tested before they ship.
I start where good UX starts, with the people doing the work, the steps they repeat every day and the places where things go wrong.
Then I build a working prototype in days, not months. It has guardrails, a human who approves the important decisions and numbers that show whether it really saves time.
What I do
Invoices, emails, forms, documents. I map the manual process, find the steps a language model can read, check or route, and build the pipeline around clear rules and an approval step.
Next.js apps with a real interface, real data flow and a clean handover. Built quickly with Claude Code and reviewed like production code.
Interfaces that make machine decisions visible, with confidence, sources and warnings, plus an easy way to correct the result. People trust what they can check.
Half day sessions with teams to find where AI really saves time. The outcome is a use case canvas, a rough cost and effort estimate and a prioritised shortlist.
Selected work
All four are client projects. What you open here are demo copies with sample data, so no client data goes public.
From the email inbox to the bank transfer. The agent sorts incoming mail, reads each invoice, checks it against 18 rules and hands it to a person for approval.
An inventory system for a luxury watch dealer. Every watch from purchase to sale, with photos, inspection results, storage location and a history nobody can erase.
Customers describe the kitchen they want in plain words. The planner turns it into a buildable, priced kitchen and a production order, with a kitchen planner in charge.
A client email or questionnaire turns into a branded proposal. The copilot suggests services, hours and open questions, the owner decides, and the PDF builds itself live.
How a prototype happens
01
Map
Sit with the people doing the work. Count the steps, the minutes and the mistakes.
02
Design
Sketch the flow and the review screen before any model is called. Decide where a human stays in charge.
03
Build
A working prototype built with Claude, including structured outputs, rules, logs and a demo mode.
04
Measure
Test against real examples. Accuracy, cost per run, time saved. Then decide what goes to production.
